We enjoyed wandering in the downtown, only a few steps from the hotel. After a day spent exploring, we appreciated the proximity to great restaurants in the area. the room provided a comfortable atmosphere and all necessary amenities.

The hotel could have better soundproofing.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving week in beautiful southern Mexico. Loved the complimentary coffee and sweet bread - such a nice touch in the chilly evenings after exploring the city center. the location was unbeatable, right by local restaurants and markets. Plus, the toiletries provided were a great bonus and definitely saved luggage space.

The breakfast setup was a bit chilly in the winter mornings. the beds and pillows were not the comfiest.

Beautiful property, helpful staff, great location, delicious snacks and beverages, comfortable bed and linens, good water flow.

It was all superb.

We loved how centrally located this hotel was, making it very easy to explore the city center on foot. The complementary coffee and sweet bread provided in the evenings were a nice touch, especially during colder weather. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Parking was also available, providing convenient transportation options in this city.

Central Location & Beautiful Architecture

Spent Xmas here. The two things I liked best about this hotel were that it had a good location and beautiful architecture. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which made it easy for me to explore the area without getting lost. , the architecture of the building is stunning and added an extra level of enjoyment to my stay. Lastly, the coffee served at breakfast was great too!

The rooms were not up to my expectations. They were small and didn't have enough space to move around.
